Password Decrypter

Overview

You're a good digital citizen. You use obscure passwords, change them frequently, and never write them down. Who could possibly guess what's behind that row of asterisks?

If you use Windows 95/98/NT and other people have access to your computer, your password could be in danger. Every time you log onto the Internet or enter your password into an e-mail program, you might notice some asterisks cover up your password to prevent people that use your computer from seeing it. Password Decrypter can decrypt these hidden passwords into plain-text.

If you are concerned about unauthorized people decrypting your password using this software, don’t ask your computer to "remember" your passwords; remember them yourself, and enter them afresh each time.

Requirements

Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2K. This software has not been tested Windows XP, but should work.
